Welcome to the cake box. I'm Keri, a full time mum to 2 beautiful girls and a part-time carer. My passion is making cakes. It all began when i made my daughters 3rd birthday cake. She wanted a Dora the Explorer backpack. In the past I had always brought supermarket birthday cakes. On this occasion I couldn't find a Dora cake in the supermarket and I also came to realise that I have always been disapointed in the taste too, so I decided I would give it a go and make my own!! I loved every minute of it and haven't looked back since. I'm self taught and I love a challenge, I've always been very "arty" and love to be creative .
All of my cakes are made from vanilla sponge and butter cream, or traditional fruit
I'm based in Portslade, East Sussex and I can deliver to East and West Sussex(delivery charges will apply)
